We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive calls and messages for inquiries and pick-up requests (bookings and inquiries)
• Replies to messages and calls for bookings and pick-ups.
• Provide first-hand information to customers during inquiries and closing.
• Sort laundry depending on the type of request of the customer and inform operations to do so.
• Submits daily booking report to manager and Director.
• Sends thank you messages to customers.
• Manages the bookings through different applications, WhatsApp, emails, and toll-free.
• Send bookings to the group chat and assign them to the driver designated in the area.
• Coordinates the pick-ups and deliveries.
• Pitch for sales when doing a callback.
• Confirm damages with the customers.
• Keeps records of customer's laundry accounts and details.
• Closes sales from inquire

Requirements

• Preferred - Female
• Preferred Location: Berger, Olowora, Isheri or Ketu.
