Job Position: Customer Service Manager

Job Description

• Build a solid customer base.
• Recruiting staff and organising appraisals.
• Arranging staff meetings.
• Training and development.
• Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff).
• Sorting security issues.
• Organising promotional events.
