Job Description

• Answering of questions about the company products and services
• Collecting and analysing customer feedback
• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
• Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.

Requirements / Experience

• Interested candidates should possess B.Sc / HND or OND
• The candidate must possess a problem solving mindset
• The candidate must be a good listener
• The candidate must be a good communicator
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary
N120,000 to 150,000 / month.
