Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

• As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for managing customer queries and complaints and overseeing product/service development procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards.
• You are also responsible for working with clients to ensure the final products meet their needs and requirements.

Job Description

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback.
• Deliver information about the company's service offerings.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skills and Requirements

• B.Sc / HND or OND in any relevant discipline.
• Candidate must at least have 1 - 2 years of customer service work experience.
• Familiarity with Excel system and practices.
• Excellent Communication and Customer service skills.
