The Outsource Company is a 100 % privately held Nigerian company offering BPO/ITES (Business Process Outsourcing/Information Technology Enabled Services), from its state of art 350+ seat (additional 1000 seat also in plan) call center facility in Abuja, Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Diagnostic Lab Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Monday - Fridays and alternate Saturdays

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or Administration 
• Over 4 years of work experience 
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or Similar Role as an Administrator.
• Must be able to multitask 
• Experience in management, business, operations and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including cash-flow management.
• Must be good with data collection and analysis
• Must be above average in handling computers, Networks and IT
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Candidate must live around core mainland and environs
• Understanding of necessary legal and regulatory documents.

Salary
N350,000 / month.
