Nosagie Holdings is an indigenous registered company, having its headquarters office located in Benin City, Edo State. It provides EPIC and Project Management Services for the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals Industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain talent.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances effectively.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and recommend appropriate action plans.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor workplace safety and employee well-being initiatives.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Ensure payroll processing is accurate and timely, including managing staff benefits.
• Provide strategic input to management on organizational development and HR best practices.
• Handle additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 / Month.
