Job Position: Sales Attendant (Supermarket)

Job Location: Isefun Ayobo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, engage in conversation, answer inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations.
• Sales & Transactions: Operate cash registers, process payments (cash, card), handle returns/refunds, and promote current deals.
• Merchandising: Restock shelves, arrange product displays, ensure the sales floor is tidy and appealing.
• Inventory Management: Assist with new stock deliveries, unpack items, and monitor stock levels.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Team Support: Collaborate with other staff, handle minor complaints, and support sales team goals.

Essential Duties

• Welcome and assist customers, offering superior service.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products and promotions.
• Handle all point-of-sale (POS) operations accurately.
• Receive, process, and stock new inventory.
• Arrange merchandise according to visual standards.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Support sales objectives and promotions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0 - 1 year of experience.
