Victory Empowerment Centre is a micro-finance Non Governmental Organization (NGO) with a prime objective of improving the living of the poor men/women through innovative and flexible microfinance services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Branch Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• A graduate with about 2 years of working experience in an organisation as a BM
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure
• Training and development of loan officers under your supervision
• Knowledge in loan drive and in MFI settings generally
• Development strategist and and a team leader
• Ability to deliver efficiently and in accurate details.
