We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Call Centre Agent

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification with 0 - 1 year of work experience.  

Salary
N32,000 - N50,000 monthly.
