Description

• We are looking for a smart, organized and customer-driven individual to join our team. If you love talking to people, closing sales and keeping things running smoothly, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Respond to walk-in & online customers inquiries, messages & complaints quickly, clearly & professionally.
• Actively prospect new customers, convert leads into sales and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Package orders neatly, ensure accurate order fufilment and folllow up till customer satisfaction.
• Update customers on product updatesand important store events.
• Keep accurate sales & order records.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
