Job Position: Customer Relations Officer
Job Location: Oyo

Job Description 

• Receiving and organizing patients and getting them to see the doctor.
• Registration of new patients.
• Locating of patients files.
• Receive and register all calls and mails for the clinic.
• Ensure patient satisfaction at all times and report issues of dissatisfaction.
• Co-ordinate customer feedback to management.
• Updating and keeping patients data and card records.
• Ensuring effective coordination of front office.
• Ensuring cleanliness and neatness of front office.
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
