About the Role

• We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relations Officers.
• As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and marketing the bank product while ensuring a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers across various channels (in-person, phone, email)
• Handle account inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
• Promote bank products and services tailored to customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
• Uphold the bank’s reputation through excellent service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline
• Age: Not more than 35 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking systems (an advantage)
• Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus.
