Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Attending to Customer's needs and requests.
• Inbound/outcall activities.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any of the Biological Sciences or Social Science
• 1 - 2 years experience as a customer service officer in a trading company.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
