Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Monitor all international Express shipments
• Ensure the pick up of import Express shipments
• Resolve all issues and complaints concerned with international shipments
• Process monthly invoices for partners and refunds for customers.
• With other tasks when needed.

Job Qualifications

• OND required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
