Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary


  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.A (Humanities) or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service or similar role
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
