We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager - Water Park
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Risk Management (Top Priority): Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety policies and emergency action
• Crowd & Capacity Management: Develop and execute sophisticated crowd management strategies to ensure guest safety
• and a positive experience during peak periods.
• Revenue Management & Bookings: Develop and manage the park's annual budget, P&L statements, and financial forecasts.
• Operations & Maintenance: Facilities & Equipment:* Oversee the preventative and reactive maintenance of all water
• park infrastructure, including water slides, pools, pumps, and filtration systems.
• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and motivate a large seasonal and year-round team of department heads and staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive management experience in an amusement park, water park, large-scale attraction, or comparable high-volume hospitality operation (resort, hotel).
• Proven, hands-on experience with aquatic safety, water quality management, and ride mechanics. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or equivalent is a significant plus.
• Demonstrable experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and water filtration systems.
