Job Position: Hotel Operations Manager

Job Overview

• The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of all aspects of the hotel, including accommodation, food and beverage, and pool departments.
• This role requires exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of accommodation, food and beverage, and pool departments.
• Ensure smooth operations and high standards of service delivery across all departments.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional performance and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Resides in or near Ikotun, Lagos, with easy access to the hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to provide verifiable references from previous employers.
• Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
