Job Position: Operations Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock-taking and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage.
• Manage and maintain social media pages, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Train and supervise operational staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to operations and inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of stock management systems and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
