Basma Agric Processing Limited is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Production Supervisor

Job Location: Kano

Role

• The successful candidate will supervise a particular production function ie Parboiling, Milling, Boiler.

Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the operators in their individual units
• He / She will ensure hitch-free operation in the line of production
• He / She will ensure smooth and hitch-free operation in the line of production
• He / She will liaise with other production Supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the entire production processing
• He / She will ensure and immediately report inferior input coming into the production line
• He / She will ensure output at the production line meets the minimum standard
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by Management

Qualification & Experience

• The candidate should possess at least A? Level Certificate with production technical skills
• The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in the production line of an Agro-Allied Processing Company
• The candidate should be able to multi-task and work under pressure
• The candidate should possess Leadership and Managerial skills.
