CLA leverages on former Crusader Life Insurance Limited’s five decades of continuous experience in the life insurance business, with her array of experienced managers and a Board comprising individuals with proven track records in their various professions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Unit Manager

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

• Must possess B.Sc / HND, OND, NCE in any discipline.
• 2 - 5 years of prior Experience in Insurance Sales is a MUST
• CIIN Proficiency certificate is a MUST
• Naicom Licence is an added advantage .
• Must be expressive and know how to make business sales pitch.
• Know how to handle objections and close deals.
• Generate quality leads and must have a high conversion dexterity.
• Good Presentation skill , Ability to recruit, build, train and motivate a Team.
• A creative, forward thinker
• Good analytical , problem-solving skill and written interpersonal skills.
• Smart, vibrant young men and women with minimum of 30 years of age.

Salary / Benefits

• N71,500 - N150,000 / Month
• HMO
• Bonus
