Job Position: Cashier

Job Location: Life Camp, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Cashier will be responsible for managing daily cash transactions, recording sales, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial documentation for the gas plant.
• She will serve as the first point of contact for customers making payments and must maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive payments for gas sales and other related transactions.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Reconcile daily cash and sales reports with management.
• Keep proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the sales point.
• Handle customer inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND/NCE or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years of experience.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Must be female and single.
• Must reside in Life Camp or nearby areas.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, dependable, and punctual.
• Basic knowledge of record-keeping or Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
• Preferred Gender: Female (Single)

Work Schedule:

• Full-time (including weekends, with one day off per week)
