We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and respond to telephone calls.
• Ability to manage a team of front desk officers.
• Book patients medical appointments as at when due.
• Addressing complaints, enquires in a pleasant manner.
• Know how to manage data of patients and information analysis.
• Good use of the computer, knowledge of Microsoft words.
• Typr and print patients medical results
• Take up other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification with 2 - 4 years of work experience.
