Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Take charge of Information dissemination in the Terminals via the Public Address System
• Maintain and manage Customer Feedback through Suggestion Box, Passenger Complaint Form, etc.
• Coordinate & manage the ‘Lost but Found’ items to facilitate quick recovery and claim of passenger missing items.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND / ND in any field or a relevant qualification.
• Must be Computer literate, good interpersonal skill, ability to cope well under pressure, good attention to details.
