1.) Sales and Marketing Representative (Supermarket)

Job Location: Ayobo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer in the store
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers via phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

• OND, HND, BSC in related field
• 1+ years as a sales rep.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

2.) Java (Spring Boot) Engineer (with Data Engineering Experience)

Job Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Build Java-based ETL and ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load source systems.
• Extracting data from source systems
• Cleaning and transforming the data for analytics ? Loading it efficiently into a ClickHouse data warehouse
• Structure data pipelines using ELT principles
• Develop efficient, well-tested, and reusable Java (Spring Boot) backend services along with other development team members to query, organize, and expose processed data through Spring Boot APIs
• Collaborate with frontend and analytics teams to ensure the data layer supports dashboard visualizations and alerts
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end and mobile app engineers Collaborate with other team members in brainstorming sessions to define, design, test, and ship application features
• Identify, correct bottlenecks and fix bugs on new and existing applications

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role Strong experience with Java, especially in Spring Boot for service development
• Strong experience building ETL / ELT pipelines and working with data integration
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and analytical querying
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and integrating external systems
• Comfortable with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices

Skills:

• Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills
• Exposure to predictive modeling with Python is a big advantage
• Familiarity with ClickHouse or other columnar databases
• AWS/cloud deployment experience.

3.) Sales Attendant 

Job Location: Isefun Ayobo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To assist shop visitor in reaching their wishful items
• And to assist the shop reaches sales targets
• Assisting the team to achieve shop and individual objectives
• Direct communication with the customer
• Provide customer services including following their claims and bottlenecks
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put
• Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and backstock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed

Requirements

• OND / NCE in any discipline
• 0 - 1 years of relevant work experience as a supermarket sales attendant.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Flexible work hours.

4.) Python Data Engineer (with Java Experience Preferred)

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Build robust Python-based scripts/services for:
  • Extracting data from source systems
  • Cleaning and transforming the data for analytics
  • Loading it efficiently into a ClickHouse data warehouse
• Structure data pipelines using ELT principles
• Collaborate with our backend team to query, organize, and expose the data via APIs
• Develop Python backend services and APIs for traditional information systems/ applications
• (Optional) Support tasks across our Java Spring Boot backend ecosystem if capable

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python, particularly for data manipulation (e.g., Pandas, SQLAlchemy, etc.)
• 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong capability with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy
• Experience building general Python applications
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration with external systems
• SQL proficiency and string ability with columnar databases, preferably ClickHouse
• Git and collaborative development experience

Nice-to-Have / Big Advantage:

• Experience with Java (Spring Boot) – we work a lot in Java, and this will make you more versatile and valuable to the team
• Hands-on exposure to predictive modeling, using tools like scikit-learn or Prophet
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
