Job Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
  • Train and motivate the team members to deliver prompt actions
  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
  • Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
  • Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Pertinent information to the staff, such changes, should be communicated promptly.
  • Ensuring that all steps of services as outlines in training materials are being followed on a daily basis.
  • Move throughout the kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
  • Verify temperatures, judge appearance and taste of products and check preparation methods to determine quality.
  • Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
  • Communicate with guests and speaking voice,
  • As the bistro supervisor, you are to make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, cashiers and kitchen crew. Oversee our kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
  • Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
  • Ensure proper documentation of customers’ orders and prompt deliver
