Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Manager at AXA Mansard based in Port Harcourt.
• The Team Manager will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of sales adviisor to drive sales of insurance products across designated markets. ensuring productivity and performance targets are met.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong background in sales and team management. The role offers work flexibility.
