We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Site Officer

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Working Hours: Daily in office 8am - 5pm

Job Description

• Ensure that the site operations are in line with KPIs & SLAs
• Daily performance management of the sites.
• Site queue monitoring and management, which involves ensuring the site Inflow and outflow are managed properly.
• Inventory Management
• Customer Support
• Couriers/riders coordination
• Cash handling

Requirements

• Must be a Graduate
• Good IT Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Maintain a positive attitude, be empathic and show a professional disposition towards customers at all times.
• Good Inter-Personal Skills, etc.
• Ideal candidates should reside around Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos Island.
